I was referred by a current employee for the New Grad program. But my first interview was with the university recruiter and was about 30 mins. It was more general questions, like my strengths/weaknesses, job history, and one or two situational questions. I heard about a second interview within a week or so. And then I had 3 30-minute interviews with 2 people at a time. So I spoke with 6 people total. They do a great job prepping you though, because I was able to ask another New Grad questions right before the interview process. These interview questions were more specific scenario questions to better understand how my previous experience would work with this type of job. After that, they said it would probably take 2 weeks to need back but I found out after a few days. The university recruiter emailed me and we hopped on a call to go over the details before sending me the offer letter the next day.

The interview process started with a screening from an early careers representative. Then I met with about 4 people who could potentially be my manager. It was a very positive experience and felt more like a conversation that an interview.
