I was contacted by their HR regarding a AEM position and didn't hear back for couple of weeks. Then all of a sudden she messaged me on my phone to schedule for an interview. The interviewer was very arrogant and rude. Asked me general project related questions. I was pretty confident that i will get call for second round. But within an hour i got email from HR that as per the feedback she got, they will not be moving forward. I asked about the feedback and as per the interviewer they thought that i have strong front end skills but not strong AEM skills. Now that's where the whole issue is that i was not asked any technical question so how was this person able to judge my front end or backend skills. I am a full stack developer and have been leading AEM development for more than 6 years. Unless i was tested on my technical skills, no one actually has right to comment on my skill set. Overall very bad experience.
