Started with a screening by the recruiter, who asked me to go over my background and skills pertaining to the job description. Also asked a few behavioral questions about multitasking, working under pressure, and project management. Moved on to first round of phone interviews with three other HR Coordinators in the same role I was interviewing for. Panel interview lasted for about 35 minutes, where they each asked me only behavioral questions. Am moving onto a second round of phone interviews with an HR Manager and will report back.
