Written test followed by f2f. Written test is like you applied for some service company. An interview was scheduled on a weekday. It looks like a drive on a weekday as there are 20-25 candidates came for an interview.

Entrevista
Interview had 3 Rounds. 2 technical and 1 techno-managerial.
I was told there would be one more round with some managers in USA. After a week I was told the position has gone on hold due to some internal issue.
I read several such experiences where Epsilon interviews candidates and then cancels the position. This does not seem like a professional way of working.

Entrevista
2 technical rounds, between which I was made to wait forever. Was told that I cleared them, and there would be a managerial round. Kept waiting for a month, with various reasons cited by recruiters. First it was the team being busy, then the HR team being on leave. After a month, was told my "candidature would not be taken forward", but no concrete reason was cited. I think I deserve to at least know the reason why my candidature was not taken forward. Anyways, thanks for wasting my time!
