Very brief first-round interview that was mostly just reviewing my resume as it applies to the work at Epsilon. After the first-round, they came back to me within a day with a 1-page writing prompt and a second-round interview. In the second-round, I got to go to their office in Chicago and meet 4 different analysts, with each of whom I basically repeated what I had done with HR in the first-round (reviewing my resume, talking about econ consulting broadly). There was one case-type interview which was mostly brainstorming, slightly different from other econ consulting case interviews that are usually more structured.

I applied through my university and was extended an on-campus interview. During this first round interview, I was asked questions about my resume/past experiences. Soon after I was extended an on-site interview consisting of 4 behavioral interviews.
