Pretty straight forward process, I applied via Linkedin, started with a phone screen with the manager and then came in for an in person where I met with 2 people and was offered the position within a couple days.

Asked to describe myself and what I was looking for in a position. Most of the interview was going over the position and goals/expectations.

Applied for job. First there was a virtual interview and then set up second round interview with an account manager/trainer. Was pretty straightforward and relaxed. Got an email few days later saying I was chosen for the job and will get a call to extend the offer. Never heard back from them.
After doing so research though, sounded like questionable company. Sounds like lot of turnover. Takes advantage of people by saying they don’t require previous experience so they will hire variety of people just to let them go in a few months whether you do good or not

The interview process was pretty standard, talked about the basics and day to day of the role. We then went over a few behavioral questions and times I went over adversity at previous jobs.

First went through a phone screen then was invited to interview online. Process/interview was taken place with my current manager. Asked basic interview questions and about my previous experience. Did not show cards/interest at the time of the interview was very unbiased.
