I applied online after receiving an employee referral. After completing the application, I was asked to take an online personality/critical thinking test. I received a phone interview about one week after initially submitting my application. The phone interview was very straightforward and the person that interviewed me was informative about the position and what was expected. I did not get any off-handed questions, it was mostly a conversation between me and the person interviewing me. After the phone interview, I had to take two proctored assessments. One was over computer programming (I don't think I did well on that assessment). The other assessment was a math/problem solving test mixed with a few off-the-wall questions. I have not heard back from HR after taking the assessments, it has been one week and I am not confident I did well enough to receive an interview.
