Was called by the owner on a Saturday and expected to do phone interview on the spot with no prior arrangement. Scheduled interview but was called by the owner who cancelled a day prior. Laughable and complete lack of professionalism.

The entire hiring process and interview process were very confusing, the hiring process does not seem very well established. The company was constantly trying to give a much lower offer than initially agreed on the initial phone interview.
