Initial zoom call with recruiter and then a zoom call with hiring manager. Recruiter was 10 min late to initial meeting (reported previous meeting running late). Hiring manager was also late and didn't seem that interested in the call. Seemed to question every given answer I gave just to question it. Over the course of the 30 min meeting the manager actively appeared bored and not focused on our discussions. AfterI was able to ask 3 follow up questions the hiring manager exited as quickly as possible without giving any expected outcomes/followups to the recruitment process and any possible next steps.

Phone call. 1 on 1 Meeting. Take-home technical. The take-home test is extremely easy, but still a bit time consuming(better part of a day if you know what you're doing). I submitted work at a level of quality and robustness I would generally expect a callback based on past experience. After several weeks they responded to the submission with a rejection and no feedback as to why. I honestly feel this was a waste of my time. You should not require such large time commitments of applicants if you're not willing to provide them feedback from the process.
