You have to sit through an informational session where they present to you information about the company after an initial phone call, and then you have to complete a series of tests administered online to before you get interviewed
The phone interview was straightforward. The first interview questions were what was expected considering it was a phone interview. The interviewer was also pretty accommodating and experienced enough to answer questions regarding the job and relative information asked by the interviewee.
The preliminary virtual assessments are long, exhaustive, and tedious. However, as you progress meetings with human interviewers were more laid back. It felt like more of a conversation at that point compared to traditional interviews, which was appreciated.
Pretty straighforward. Case study is also very chill. Talk through your thought process, ask clarification questions. Most of it is them talking about themselves except for the case-study part and the final recruiter logictics call.
