Entrevista
Applied online for project manager, had phone interview and took a personality test and a skills assessment (which I found difficult). Received an e-mail encouraging me to apply for QA instead in order to have an on site interview. Went to Epic and had a brief software demonstration which another 5 people, before we were divided by position. Went to talk with a QA person about the position and did a mock test of a pen where we came up with questions to test the quality of the pen. Then went to a one on one case study where you are given 5 minutes to prioritize e-mails and voicemails. Use the scratch paper to keep track of your thoughts. Then joined my small group again for lunch with another employee. After lunch there was a short tour before a typical interview with HR. Currently waiting to hear back.
Dress code: actually dress casual, I wore casual heels with a blouse and black skinny pants and felt overdressed.

Multiple rounds of interviews including a knowledge/skills test and an in-person visit (pre-covid). In-person visit had us go through various scenarios for client relations, then finished with an interview with an HR representative.

How would you handle competing priorities/deadlines with a client?
The test is actually quite straightforward and shouldn’t be too difficult. Also final stage interview is basically a victory lap, you are 90% of the way there at that point.

Entrevista
All pretty clear and straightforward. Liked the flexibility in scheduling. No surprises. Had to complete a variety of assessments. The interview was not very memorable and felt somewhat impersonal and curt.
