It was a short phone call where they asked basic questions such as previous work experience and educational background—very low stakes. However should be noted that the phone interview is apart of a much bigger interview process which includes a exam and a personality test.

Expect multiple rounds of interviews involving typical interviews with recruiters, as well as taking a logic and coding test (even if you won’t be coding, you’ll still do some basic stuff on the test for it), and will also need to do a persuasive or informative presentation.
