I have only gone through the phone interview and waiting on the skills assessment portion. The phone interview is pretty straight forward and they are just trying to figure out who you are as a person.
Very friendly and very quick process. They got back with an offer in about three to five days after the final round. There were three rounds total, one with an employee working the same job, one with a manager, and one with HR at the end.

How I would approach various customer relations problems
Only had the initial call with a recruiter from the campus. He seemed to be trying to answer all of my questions to the best of his ability. Great place to work but hard to move to.

Entrevista
Interviewing process is very straight forward but can be tricky with questions. The proctored test is a few hours long as long as you are familiar with simple coding and critical thinking questions then you should be fine
