Entrevista
Began with application and personality test. After that, they came back with a phone interview. After the phone interview, someone in HR mailed out a skills assessment that I took at a local library. About a week later they invited me out for an in person interview; they flew me out to Madison and covered all costs. Went through a long day of interviews, was called a week later with an offer. Still deciding whether or not to accept.
The interview process began with a phone interview, followed by a task test, and then finally with a day of interviews. If you make it to the third stage of this process, you have the opportunity to hear an overview of the company, your area of work, talk with someone currently in the role, complete a live practice session of the role (consisting of email priorities and responses) and finally ending with a behavioral interview with HR.

The phone screen was with an employee in the role and was very friendly and chill. Then I was invited for an in-person interview, which was overall a really great experience. They talked about living in Madison as well as the company and role in-depth, and I had the chance to ask any questions. I was interviewed by a few different people, most of the questions were pretty standard and mostly behavioral. The food was really great too.

After submitting my initial application I was invited to take several personality and computer programming tests as I waited for my scheduled phone interview. The testing is time consuming and you are watched by a 3rd party exam proctoring service via web camera and microphone. I applied on a whim because I've heard good things about Epic and I was unprepared for how in-depth they get with their testing for a non-programming QA position. Be prepared and take it seriously.
The phone interview was very basic and relatively quick. They asked typical situation questions.
