Entrevista
A recruiter contacted me requesting a phone interview for the Technical Problem Solver position. The interview was pretty easy and casual. Afterwards, I was contacted to complete some online assessments. You'll take some assessments at your scheduled time, and the rest if you're chosen for an on-campus interview. After the assessments, we set up an on-campus interview where they paid for flight, hotel, and transportation. You get told about the position by employees working there (a group if there are multiple people there for that position that day), and you'll have a short interview with them as well. You'll also have a short HR interview with some fairly standard questions.
About two weeks after the interview, I was contacted with an offer for a different position, which they later told me about and I accepted. So, even if you don't seem like a perfect fit for what you interview for, they'll still try to fit you in somewhere.

Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
