Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. Acudí a una entrevista en Epic (Madison, WI) en oct 2020
Entrevista
Basically one big day of “interviews”, split into roughly 4 sections. They give an overview of the company, then split off for some 2 on 2 convos where there are 2 interviewers and 2 interviewees at the same time. Since I did this during covid it was all virtual, but normally they’d fly you ip to campus for the interview day. None of the interviews were exactly traditional, where they ask you direct questions, it was all just more of a conversation, very relaxed and enjoyable. Not stressful at all, definitely felt like they were trying to sell me on the company as much as I was trying to sell myself.

Do you have any questions? Be prepared ahead of time with some good questions bc they will ask and you don’t wanna be silent for this question.
The application process consisted of 2 assessments. The first assessment consisted of 4 parts: a 2-minute answer as many questions, a math/logic section, a technical learning section, and a coding section. About a week after the assessment, I received a final interview invite. I also had a complete another assessment that was much shorter than the first.

Tell me a little bit about yourself and why you’re interested in this role?
30 minute phone call with a technical solutions engineer, questions were related to interest in the role and long term career goals rather than technical questions. He also asked about relocating and if that’s something I would be considering.

Started with info sessions. Then broke into a room with an interviewer who asked me to assess a scenario. After that, I had an HR interview. All of these in 1-2 hours on the same day.
