I was originally contacted by a Recruiter by email and told that they were looking for math and physics majors, so I went to their website, looked at some of jobs, and went ahead and applied. About a week or two later I received an email from HR asking me to take an online personality test and to give some days and times that I would be available for a phone interview. And then a few days after the interview I received an email which stated that they would like to move forward with the recruitment process, the next step of which involves taking a skills assessment test.
