Very communicative HR. Involved a resume screen, phone interview, two assessments, and a final interview w/ case study. Each of these was spaced about two weeks apart, but scheduling was flexible, especially considering that I was working a full time job while interviewing. The whole process from initial contact to offer took maybe 2.5 months. The entire thing was done virtually due to COVID, but you normally would have been flown out to Wisconsin for the final interview.
30 minute phone call with a technical solutions engineer, questions were related to interest in the role and long term career goals rather than technical questions. He also asked about relocating and if that’s something I would be considering.

Entrevista
Started with info sessions. Then broke into a room with an interviewer who asked me to assess a scenario. After that, I had an HR interview. All of these in 1-2 hours on the same day.
Initial phone interview (basic questions about resume, why interested in company and role), skills assessment (multiple parts- personality test, math and logic and coding sections), longer final interview with case study and behavioral questions.
