Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Epic en feb 2020
Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter linkedin. I then sent in my application which was super simple and within like an hour I got an email from HR about completing a profile. I'm not sure if it was an automatic message or if was an actual HR but then I got another one. The next day I was asked to complete an online assessment which was similar to an ACT style test. There was a math portion, coding, and some more . I also completed a phone interview 2 days later which was very easy going and with someone who is currently in the role I was applying for. It wasn't difficult and it was basically an interview asking if you're okay with everything you have to do for the job like traveling, and moving to Maddison. I'm not sure how important the phone interview is but it might be a personality test too to see if you fit in with the culture (but not sure).
A week later I was asked to come to a super day where they will fly me out and get to know me better and interview me there, Will keep you updated.
The process is very intense. Three or more hours of explanation, exams, and a presentation I had to create. The exams were both logic games and a personality test. I was preparing for weeks.

Explain a process that you find interesting. This can be any process - manufacturing, distribution of products, or a method to create something.
Not invested in who they're hiring if they rely heavily on multiple assessments for applicants to take (personality quiz, etc). These are unpaid and take hours. A poor use of time.
Intro zoom call, and several hours of tests on a lockdown browser before even getting to have the first ten minute phone interview. Phone interview was basically combing through my resume and any gaps.
