Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. Acudí a una entrevista en Epic
Entrevista
Campus recruiting:
After receiving my resume, they asked me for a phone interview. It lasted approximately 30 minutes and was very casual. No reason to be nervous about that part. Mostly basic questions about you and why you're interested in Epic, your field, etc.
The skills and programming tests were next. Skills test was like an SAT, and wasn't very difficult. The programming skills test will absolutely be more challenging if you haven't coded, because you need to write code. So brush up on your coding.
Waiting to hear back after the in-person interview, but involved all-expenses paid trip to Madison, a casual dinner with other candidates and an employee, and a few rounds of activities on campus for roughly 4-6 hours.

Entrevista
Started with info sessions. Then broke into a room with an interviewer who asked me to assess a scenario. After that, I had an HR interview. All of these in 1-2 hours on the same day.
Initial phone interview (basic questions about resume, why interested in company and role), skills assessment (multiple parts- personality test, math and logic and coding sections), longer final interview with case study and behavioral questions.
This process included a few online assessments (technical and personality based), calls with a recruiter, one 4 hour day that included multiple technical and non-technical interviews, as well as times to ask questions from someone in the role currently.
