Entrevista
I applied for the position online and received an email shortly after from HR they would like to schedule a phone interview. I set up a time for an interview and got an email about taking an online assessment before the interview. The assessment was difficult to set up and did not work with my computer, even though the website checked my system and said everything was acceptable. After I finished the exam, I had the phone interview the next day. The person who interviewed me was not able to tell me very much about the position and did not leave very much time at the end for my own questions. I thought it wasn’t going very well, because it’s not a type of position I was interested in at all or in an area I would would want to live in, but I still wanted to send a “thank you note” as a courtesy for his time or an opportunity to ask questions if they came up. He refused to give me his email, and said that I would be contacted by the HR representative that emailed me before. One week later, I received an automated email saying they would move forward with other candidates. Even though I wasn’t very interested after my interview, the exam and all the hoops I needed to go through, made for a long and difficult process that felt like a waste of time. The assessment should be only after an interview, so you don’t only need to participate if you would be a serious candidate for the role.

Entrevista
Started with info sessions. Then broke into a room with an interviewer who asked me to assess a scenario. After that, I had an HR interview. All of these in 1-2 hours on the same day.
Initial phone interview (basic questions about resume, why interested in company and role), skills assessment (multiple parts- personality test, math and logic and coding sections), longer final interview with case study and behavioral questions.
This process included a few online assessments (technical and personality based), calls with a recruiter, one 4 hour day that included multiple technical and non-technical interviews, as well as times to ask questions from someone in the role currently.
