The process took 2-3 weeks. I was contacted by a recruiter. I went through two rounds of phone interviews as well as a long skills assessment online. After the second phone interview, I was told that they would not be further pursuing me as a candidate. The interview was not too difficult, easy compared to others that I have done.

Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
