Invited to interview by email from a recruiter. Phone interview for 30 mins was straightforward. Followed up with a personality survey and a programming skills assessment. Skills assessment took around 2 hours. I don't remember any specific questions but I had not taken any programing classes in some time and found it challenging. I was mostly using the interview for practice so I actually didn't finish the programming section. But I am told that people who get a call back from that have to give a 15min presentation on a topic of their choice.

Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
