Epic contacted me after seeing my Resume on Monster. The phone interview went just fine, then they setup a skills test, had to take the test at a local university. I feel I did well on the first two sections of the test, but not so great on the programming section, I have not done any coding for over 3 years as I have been serving in the military, prior to military I was a software engineer for 5 years at a major competitor of Epics. I feel like a face to face interview for the coding/problem solving would have been a better way to show my abilities rather than a college like test.
