Me postulé en persona. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Epic (Verona, WI) en mar 2016
Entrevista
1. Applied Online
2. Got a call for a brief phone interview
3. Was tasked with completing a skills and personality assessment
4. Invite to onsite interview in Verona. Was flown in the evening before for a dinner with an employee and other applicants. The day of the interview included group activities that taught about two positions in the company. We were provided lunch on campus and were also given a tour of the campus. Finally I gave my presentation to a group of employees and had a final interview with a recruiter.
I felt the process was very fluid and well tested. I am was quite surprised to not have received an offer considering I had project management experience while still completing my degree, but I guess they felt I would not be a good fit in the company. When asked about why they felt I would not fit in, they refused to comment.
Overall very cool experience. It was nice to see what other companies are offering despite not being given an offer.

How would others describe the worst quality about you?
Not invested in who they're hiring if they rely heavily on multiple assessments for applicants to take (personality quiz, etc). These are unpaid and take hours. A poor use of time.
Intro zoom call, and several hours of tests on a lockdown browser before even getting to have the first ten minute phone interview. Phone interview was basically combing through my resume and any gaps.
After submitting the application, there was a personality assessment and a technical assessment to test your thinking skills. The technical assessment had 4 parts, some of which took a long time(~1.5 hours) while others were quick.
