I applied as a MW online. The whole hiring process took about two months from initial screening call to receiving an offer, The initial screening call was a phone interview with a talent acquisition partner. Then I received a writing assessment (to create a slide-deck and short synopsis of a clinical study) with about one week to turn it in, after which I had an interview with a two-member panel. Following this interview, I was contact later that a freeze has been placed on the particular role on the team I had been interviewed for, but there was another opening on another team if I was interested. So, I had a second interview with another two-member panel. This was shorter and friendly, but yet professional.
