Entrevista
I received a HireVue interview invite from the HR team after applying online. All communications with the hiring team were good. They communicated well and promptly. All communications were via email and 1 phone call.
The HireVue interview was a little rough for me personally. Staring at myself while answering questions and being timed was distracting.
Their website states they are remote-friendly, I later learned this role is a strict in-office, 3 full days a week, so I did not continue the interview process.

They were all behavioral questions. Tell me about a time you made an impact with a customer. Tell me about yourself. Would you recommend Entrata to a friend. Tell me about a discovery time with a customer type questions.
Literally did a total of 4 interviews, with 3 people each interview. Complete waste of time having to make time out of your day once a week to not even hear back from the employer. They just completely ghost you.

What is your strongest point in customer relations
Had a virtual interview, a phone screen, then two interviews with CSM team members and management. The process was pretty quick, recruiter was responsive, and there was good communication of what to expect along the way.
