Interviews were all handled over the phone and the process was fairly simple. I had two interviews before receiving an offer. In this type of job they will pretty much take anyone who can walk upright and use a phone. There were specific computer requirements which had to be met
The interview process was simple and smooth. It was an online interview with a Recruiter who asked about 5 open-ended questions. You'll want to be prepared to answer in detail so use the S.T.A.R. method.

In your sales experience, tell me about a time when you went over-and-above to turn a "no" into a "yes"?
Great experience.. great interview, excellent questions, nice interviewer. It was over the phone, of course, and it was part of a two step process. First I talked to the hiring person and then to a manager for the next step of the process.
