Basic interview like most places. The hiring manager was very laid back and made it seem comfortable enough to be yourself. It was a good interview. Nothing too bad. The setting seemed casual.

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
