I applied online and within a couple days the hiring manager from Entelo reached out for a phone interview. Questions were standard and call lasted nearly an hour. Hiring manager said they'd like me to speak with another person on their team. I had a second hour-long phone conversation with their associate and never heard back from them. After spending hours engaged with them as a candidate to have no communication on next steps, a rejection email, absolutely nothing, I found extremely rude. For a company that prides themselves in giving recruitment tips and advice in conjunction with their software; I found it ironic that they themselves couldn't execute the basic steps of the recruitment process.
