Five stage interview process, I especially liked the organised process for hiring, the interviews flowed one after the other, 1-2 per week, swift and with very little delay. Each interview was valuable for both Ensono and me, it felt like a true 2-way discussion. Also, clarity on next stage and feedback was provided at each stage, plus valuable time with the Execs during the hiring process. In comparison to other hiring processes I experienced during the time this was very favourable and certainly influenced my decision to join.
