Be prepared for final interview with President of company, John Armstrong. He actually called me HONEY because I had worked in the South and told me it was okay because I had lived in the South for 20 years. He ran down the woman stepping down from the role because she doesn't have the ability to be a successful leader. He is big on his self help books. He needs to re-read them because I don't think tearing down interviewees or running down your current employees is the route to take. I have had the privilege of working for and with some amazing people and John Armstrong isn't even in the ballpark contrary to his inflated self ego. I wouldn't work for this person for any $$ amount.
