The hiring manager reached out to me on LinkedIn stating that I was a fit for an open position on the team. I agreed to interview for this role and I submitted my resume to the hiring manager who forwarded it to the recruiter.
I scheduled a phone call with the recruiter and we discussed the role for 20 minutes. (The recruiter was punctual, on-time, and friendly.) Two days later, I interviewed with the hiring manager via Google Meet for 1 hour. (The hiring manager came on 5 minutes late, but she was friendly and professional during the conversation.) Within an hour after the interview ended, I received an email inviting me to the final round of interviews.
In the final round of interviews, there were two interviews: a 1 hour interview where they asked case study questions and also asked questions about my experience and qualifications. This interview was conducted by another senior manager.
The last interview (as part of the final round) was 30 minutes and conducted by the VP, who also arrived 5 minutes late to the interview. At the end, she stated that "we will get back to you this week" and no one ever did. Just as the person below me stated in another review (as they were also ghosted), GHOSTING CANDIDATES IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL. Again, both the hiring manager and the VP were late to the interview.
I spent (wasted) nearly 3 hours total in 4 interviews only to be ghosted and lied to at the end by the company (even though, after the second interview, the recruiter said that the hiring manager informed her that my interview with the hiring manager "went great" and she "wants to get you scheduled for the final round of interviews").
Based on my experience and based on the other reviews here, this company is OK with ghosting candidates and also does not respect or value candidates' time because they are not able to arrive on time to interviews or keep time commitments (someone below me wrote that the recruiter never even called them at the agreed upon time).
PLEASE, do yourself a favor, and apply to and interview with other ETHICAL companies who are PUNCTUAL and RESPECTFUL of people's precious time.
