Since I was an applicant who did not live in Baltimore, I was scheduled for a video interview with a panel of three individuals. Unfortunately, the panel showed up to the interview 30 minutes late without contacting me. Not only were the staff unprofessional and unfriendly, but they stopped the interview because they forgot to send me the interview questions prior to the meeting. It took 10-15 minutes for them to actually send me the questions. They had allotted an hour to the interview and by the time they had finally gotten themselves organized, it was near the end of that hour when they finally said they were ready. I couldn’t believe the lack of professionalism and punctuality for such an establishment. If they cannot treat prospective employees with respect and professional behavior, I don’t even want to know how they treat their employees.

Friendly people and friendly interview. It was virtual and they had a bunch of questions that all made sense. The hiring process was slow but communicative. I thought it went well.
