I was just out of school with three years worth of work experience. The personal interview lasted for about an hour, and I received an offer the next day. Very pleasant and smooth experience. No non-sensical psychological testing or any of the awkward stuff, the interviewer kept the discussion in the relevant matters only for the whole time.
