CAUTION TO THOSE APPLYING! I applied online for a position posted through Atlanta, Georgia. First I completed a phone screening and a hacker rank test that was so easy I thought I must have missed some directions. During a follow up interview they explained how they give you a 2 month training course and then expect you to work for them for the next 2 years. They take ~65% of whatever pay you get and if you break the contract they have a provision for a $21,000 penalty for the "training costs" (That's like the cost of a Masters Degree for 8 weeks of training). They showed me the training curriculum and it look like what you could get off Udemy for $30. Furthermore they told me since I was a recent graduate that they would add 5 years of professional experience I didn't have to my resume for the first few jobs I applied to and worked for. They even showed me examples of before and after resumes of recent graduates with them having added fake experiences. This is fraud and a fireable offense. They target short contracts (like 4 months) so you are in and out before employers realize you are under qualified. Once they lock you into the contract, you are forced to hide these lies because if you get fired for cause from a position (like lying on a resume) they can terminate your contract and charge you the $21,000. Apparently they have had to change their name a couple of times to try to hide their past practices. I turned the offer down and kept moving. Its probably better to find an unpaid internship than tarnish your reputation with them. Its a trap. Don't fall into it. I'm writing this to try to help those down the road see this place for what it is.

It was pretty straightforward and simple. As long as you're prepared you'll ace it. I like it as most places make the technical interview too hard for recent grads sometimes and they were pretty supportive and quick with the process too
