I was dropped at the first interview so the process for me from the initial on campus IQ assessment to the interview took about a month. The questions were mostly technical based on my resume, with a few behavioral ones thrown in between.

Entrevista
Engro conducts annual recruitment drives to induct new talent. In 2011 i.e. my graduation year, Engro came to NUST to hire fresh engineers. The aptitude test was conducted at the EME campus. Students from Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical and Chemical Engineering appeared for the aptitude test. The test consisted of mathematical reasoning, English verbal, and IQ based multiple choice questions. The test duration was 30mins.
The candidates who cleared the aptitude test were then shortlisted for interviews. The first interview was a one on one interview. The interview was behavioral and general questions were asked. A few light technical were also asked, but nothing highly technical. The interview lasted for 10-15mins.
The second interview was panel interview. The panel comprised of the plant management of the fertilizer factory. This interview was also behavioral/personality based. Questions related to the projects done during college were also asked in addition to personality questions. The duration of the interview was 10mins.
In both the interviews, it was not communicated beforehand what type of interview would be conducted, i.e. technical or behavioral. This created confusion in the mind of the candidates. Better preparation could have been made for the interview had the candidates known what type of questions would be asked.
