I had two interviews for this job: one with the Commercial Strategy and Marketing Manager, which went well, and the second with both the manager and the CEO, Eloisa. Unfortunately, my experience with Eloisa left much to be desired. She was a bit late, which is okay, but she kept her camera off and didn't even introduce herself. She just said, “let's start the presentation, I don't want to spend too much time on it" in a rather demanding tone. She wasn't very friendly during the interview either, and I wondered if I'd want to work with someone like that even if I got the job offer.
