I applied through employee referral. They call me 1 month later ask me to come over for the next day. I asked for a skype meeting for I live in a distant city. They preferred face-to-face meeting. And I had to submit 2 hour long online test the same day. When I went to the interview, the interviewer told me that we could do a Skype meeting. (Waste of an expensive last day plane tickets) One month later they sent me an e-mail that I was not selected. I asked for a feedback but no reply.
