Recruiter reached out via text and scheduled a phone screening. She missed the scheduled phone call and did not respond for several days. Eventually I had the phone call with her, and we scheduled a virtual interview with a panel of 4 members of the hiring team. The interview seemed to go relatively well. I followed up via email with the recruiter and hiring manager, thanking them for their time. The hiring manager sent back a generic thank you email, and then I never heard back from the company again. I texted and emailed the recruiter several times for feedback or a timeline, and never heard a response.
