Interviewer spent 1.5 to 2 hours telling me how much the job is going to suck, how it'll be a ton of work, how he works 14 hour days for years, and when I ask what the pay is pulls the "Oh I don't have the salary range in front of me so I'm not sure" and tells me to name a number first and negotiate against myself.
