The recruiter reached out to me and invited me to an interview. It took around an hour, and we talked a lot about my background and projects. The interviewer seemed very interested in me. However, right after she asked me to tell her my expected salary (it was within their range, which seemed to be too high for a company like this, so be cautious), I could see in her eyes I was too expensive. She didn't make a comment about it, and soon after the meeting ended, I received an automatic rejection email. I reached out to her to ask for feedback, but she completely ignored me. So I took my time to talk to her for an hour, and she couldn't even respond to my question. Very unprofessional.

Sweat. Shop. Interviews are robotic, and fully-scripted. Attendees swapped, and prep materials shared at the last minute. Teams demeanour is remarkably bored, disorganised, and green. Executive team: Zygis or Gytis, whoever i was supposed to meet; obviously too self-important, and cynical to find out where a missing attendee is after 5 minutes, and instead would prefer to waste everyone's remaining 40 minutes.
