Slow, slow, slow. The interviews themselves were well run, pretty informal and conversation. The process to get through 2 interviews took 3 weeks and then a verbal offer was made, and 3 weeks later I still hadn't received a written offer despite passing the reference checks so I moved on. Big waste of time.
