initial process with HR was fine. followup interview with perspective managers took entirely too long. they were not there at the appointed times of followup interviews. I had to make several followup trips. They were a heavy on the sales side and lacked operational understanding. at the time, seemed as if if could be a good fit. Agreed upon salary benefits and start date. Arrived at the appointed time at the appointed place for the first official day. Introduced myself to the receptionist who had no clue who i was. After an hour, an accounts payable manager finally showed up who apologized but my direct reports were again not there, nor had they made anyone else aware. I sat in the reception area for 2 hours, went to lunch and returned. Sat in the reception area for and additional 2 hours. I asked to speak accounts manager who i had early spoke with and asked what would be the best course of action considering the circumstances. We agreed nothing further would be accomplished that day and i should return the following day. I did so and received the same. Had i not returned the following day they would probably have not remembered to miss me. Finally on the 3rd day i was showed to my office and sat there. Spent some time introducing myself to the new office mates. it was nearly 2 weeks before i received the basic tools. Nearly 2 months before i was acknowledged by my reports or received any direction.

There were 3 different interviews, two in-person at their office and one online video submission for the panel. They offered salary on the spot but the pay was below market rate for the amount of hours you would have to work.
