Quick phone call to determine compatibility. Reviewed my resume. Interviewee explained salary and we quickly realized that the job was a not a good fit compensation wise for my qualifications. Spent another ten minutes discussing what I currently do and what I am looking for. Was so surprised that we wound up having a wonderful conversation about which jobs are a good fit, what to look for and why a few of my applications were declined without an interview. (hiring, ability to relocate) Seriously one of the best interviews I have ever had and left me with an amazing view of the company!
