Applied online within 1 month, I had a phone screen with leader. Leader communicated department new and expanding. Leader had someone in mind for position, most likely internal candidate with Emory knowledge.

Overall, the interview process was in-depth and intense. Questions ranged from my experience to education. Most of the emphasis was placed on critical thinking and communication skills associated with high-performing healthcare consulting work. Questions were both behavioral and technical. There were a total of three interviews, with each lasting 60 minutes.
