Taken to site specific clinics, meeting operations managers / leaders / and staff when applicable. casual encounters, comfortable and able to engage with staff/other providers easily. difficulty of interview depends on site and providers, area, etc. it varies per clinic.

Good process. Very transparent throughout. I felt well communicated with the whole time. There was always someone to answer my questions whether it be senior staff or Human Resources team
