Tell me about a time where you saw a co-worker or other staff doing something that put a patient's safety at risk, what you did, how they responded and what was the outcome?
Very conversational. Questions that require you to think on feet were asked. Know about teamwork, challenges and how to overcome in addition to your weaknesses. Not many clincial questions were asked.

Very friendly and super pleasant. Group interview via FaceTime. Despite being a group interview it felt very comfortable. They used a very formal rubric to conduct the interview which made it easier for me to answer questions
