The whole process of getting through HR processing takes a long time. Very simple procedure; applied online, sent in a resume. I don't think they ever contacted my references. They require a background check also. I came in for a short interview, about 30 minutes, which consisted of a meeting with 2 supervisors. They ask you a series of basic, stereotypical interview questions that really have nothing to do with the position (they write down all of your answers while you are talking so it helps to have more than 10 seconds worth of stuff to say). I remember being asked about a time when I worked in a team where someone wasn't pulling his weight, greatest strengths/weaknesses, a time when something didn't go as planned. A lot of questions seemed very similar so I felt like I was using similar stories for a lot of the questions but it didn't really seem to matter. Then they showed me around the pharmacy and introduced me to a few staff members that were nearby. Everybody was nice and laid back.

Tell us about a time where you found a problem with a process and how you went about fixing it.
Four Pharmacist, ask about background. Be sure to go over the STAR system behavioral questions. The staff is older and they are nice. Be sure to smile and show that you are a team player.

Entrevista
I applied online and I received an email a week later saying that I was being considered for the position. A week later I was contact to schedule an interview. The interview consisted of two supervisors for the department. They read from a scripted paper and showed me around the lab and introduced me to some of the people I could possibly be working with. A few days after the interview I received an email saying that my information had been sent to the recruitment office and I was sent some "pre-employment" information. Two days later I was offered the job and sent more information about pre-employment requirements.

The questions were very simple things about how you behave and handle certain situations. How do you handle things that are out of your control? Have you ever been a part of a team where someone isn't holding their own weight? Describe a time when you acted quickly? Describe a difficult situation and how you handled it?
