Panel interview with 3-5 unit directors, they asked typical interview questions, what area of nursing are you interested in ? Clinical scenarios and how you would respond etc. Interview day was very organized. When scheduling your interview you can select up to 3 areas to interview with.

Interview process was fine. I was sent a link to sign up for two slots. I was given about 3 weeks to prepare. Make sure you do research on the units, which the interviewers found impressive.

I got the unit that I wanted for interview. They said it would be w/2 people, ended up with 5. One lady had her Zoom screen off and didn't really talk. The interview went well however changed at the end which I still dont understand why. I never got a follow up email after.

Group / panel style interview with multiple staff members per unit. Asked behavioral questions to reflect on previous experiences both within and outside of patient care. Able to interview with multiple different units at once.
